What Is Blazor?

BLAZOR is a UV-C sterilizer that enhances the efficiency of treating wastewater requiring special cleanliness. It is designed in a modular package format that can be installed quickly and saves space. It comes in types that can be installed separately or inside a reactor tank, with or without connecting pipes.

It is suitable for use in various projects, whether small or large, such as hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, or industrial plants.

Advantages and Benefits of Blazor

+ Various Flow Rates:
BLAZOR is designed to handle a wide range of wastewater volumes, from 26 liters per minute (CMD) to 1,055 liters per minute.

+ Easy Installation:
BLAZOR is designed for easy installation and can be adapted to various spaces without limitations.

+ Easy Maintenance:
With its open channel and modular design, maintenance and tube replacement when they reach the end of their service life are easy tasks.

+ Reliable High Performance:
BLAZOR has been tested and certified for its germicidal performance by a reputable environmental institution.

Quarz Spring

The quartz glass tubes are made from fused quartz, which is transparent and highly resistant to UV light, allowing 89% of UV light to pass through. The UV glass tubes protect the UV lamp from breaking, and the spacer rings help maintain the temperature of the tubes, minimizing temperature fluctuations for optimal UV lamp performance. The spring at the end of the glass tube ensures tight contact between the UV lamp's terminal and the electrical terminal, preventing issues with inconsistent lighting.

UV Reactor Channel

The reaction channels using UV light are made of stainless steel 304 composite. This is because there may be inconsistencies in wastewater quality or flow, resulting in sediment buildup in the channels. Therefore, the channels need to be cleaned at regular intervals as part of system maintenance. The rack supports the UV modules and overflows.

UV Lamps

The length of UV lamps varies to suit different applications. UV light will decrease to about 65% of its maximum intensity after the first 100 hours of use.

UV Control

The control panel is made of GRP (fiberglass reinforced polyester), a material that is durable, corrosion-resistant, and can withstand exposure to different chemicals and weather conditions. It is suitable for environments with high temperatures or corrosive environments, providing protection against UV radiation, dust, rain, oil, and water. The windows used for visibility are made of polycarbonate, which is UV resistant.
