The "STAR" wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 5 cubic meters per day and is ready for reuse.

Regarding the paint spraying line:

1. Wastewater in the sump will be pumped to the Reactor Tank for mixing with PAC and Polymer before being pumped to the Equalization Tank.


2. The Equalization Tank will be dosed with Urea and Phosphoric Acid and pumped by a Submersible Pump into the Aeration & MBR Tank.


3. The Aeration Tank will be aerated, and the MBR Tank will have a membrane installed with aeration by an Air Pump and a Return Sludge Pump to pump sludge back.


4.The treated water will be pumped through the membrane by a Permeate Pump and stored in a recycling water tank for further use.


5. The sludge generated in the Reactor Tank will be sent for treatment at a Sand Drying Bed.
